Parents are the first and primary educators of their children, and Ave Maria Academy partners with families to support academic, spiritual, and moral formation. Families are expected to:
- Communicate regularly with teachers about their child’s learning and faith development
- Attend school and parish events, including parent-teacher conferences, liturgies, and school gatherings
- Volunteer in classrooms or school activities, helping to foster a strong sense of community
- Chaperone field trips and participate in service projects as needed
- Complete diocesan-required training, including the Protecting God’s Children (VIRTUS) program, before volunteering
- Support school policies and the Catholic mission, modeling Gospel values and virtue for students
This active partnership strengthens the school community and helps students grow as faithful, responsible, and joyful disciples of Christ. Look for links this summer on all the ways you can get involved at Ave Maria Academy!
