At Ave Maria Academy, the formation of virtue is at the heart of our mission. Through the prayerful environment of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, students encounter Christ and grow in habits of reverence, attentiveness, and love for God. Lessons from the Ruah Woods Institute help children understand their God-given dignity and the call to live with respect, purity, and authentic love for others.
In addition, our use of the TŌTUS Tuus Curriculum provides clear instruction in the truths of the Catholic faith while fostering virtues such as courage, honesty, generosity, and responsibility. Together, these programs support the spiritual and moral development of the whole child, guiding students to grow as joyful disciples of Jesus Christ.
